SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free domestic standard shipping on all orders. All orders will be processed within 2 business days, and 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. PST will not begin processing until the following business day.

A  Overnight option is available for $30 USD. Please note that orders must be placed before 9:30 AM PST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders obtained over the weekend will be processed before 12:00 p.m. Monday. 

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase.

Ama Saturday is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. 

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders.

Fedex International: 6-15 Business Days.

There is a $30 USD flat rate shipping charge to all countries outside the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

For US orders, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Ama Saturday within 7 DAYS of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

All items purchased on sale or as pre-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns require pre-authorization. Please email info@amasaturday.com with your order information and what you're returning. You will be supplied with a Return Authorization number and a return shipping label. 

Ama Saturday can only exchange items for a different size of the original style. We cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. However, if you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receiving it and place a new order for any new product. 

Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price. Please note, $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label.
